Each piece of Rising Blue’s Jewelry is hand crafted with quality metals and gemstones. All brass items are specially plated to help prevent tarnish and color change. As such all of our jewelry requires special care. Avoid getting all jewelry wet to ensure it's durability. Certain metals can tarnish over time especially when exposed to chemicals, such as pool and sea water, hair spray, perfume and lotions. It's recommended to put your jewelry on last to minimize the contact with these chemicals. To clean your jewelry we recommend polishing gently with a polishing cloth. 

REPAIRS

We will happily repair your jewelry for no cost within 90 days of purchase. Please email us info@shoprisingblue.com to request any repairs. We can not repair pieces that have broken from heavy handling or dropping. We are also not responsible for normal wear and tear.Please note that repairs can take up to 6 weeks.
