SHIPPING


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most items will ship from Seal Beach, CA. If items are in stock, your order will most likely ship within 1 business day. However, please allow RISING BLUE 1-3 business days to process your order and drop it in the post. Please note that some handmade, custom or pre-order items may take longer to ship. This will be stated in the items description if applicable. If you need your order quickly, please email us for a quote for expedited shipping: info@shoprisingblue.com   


PRE-ORDER ITEMS
For pre-order items, you will be charged when you place your order. We do our best to provide accurate ship dates and usually ship within the given time-frame. However we cannot guarantee ship dates on pre-order items. If your order is not ready to ship by the date listed on the product page, we will notify you via email with the new date of shipment.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN THE U.S.A.)
RISING BLUE ships all domestic items USPS Priority mail. Please allow 1-3 business days for RISING BLUE to ship your order and 3-10 business days to receive your order. There is also the option to choose USPS Express mail / next day mail. Please email us for rates. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
 We prefer to ship all International goods USPS Express. This is the only way for us to track your package. All International shipping is a flat rate of $20 USD. Delivery takes between 3-5 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries, so please be patient). 


**CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. RISING BLUE will declare FULL $ value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately RISING BLUE cannot put a lower value on the parcel.
